For Lunch: Please place your order by 9:00 PM the previous day.
For Dinner: Please place your order by 4:00 PM on the same day.
All orders must be confirmed with 100% Advance Payment.
We accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, and PhonePe.
We understand plans change! You can cancel your meal according to the following slots:
Lunch Cancellation: Must be informed before 5:00 AM on the day of delivery.
Dinner Cancellation: Must be informed before 4:00 PM on the same day.
Note: Cancellations made after these timings will not be eligible for a refund or adjustment.
Delivery Charges: Delivery is not free. Extra charges will apply based on your exact location within Malad West.
Self-Pickup: If you are nearby, you are welcome to pick up your tiffin directly from our kitchen to save on delivery costs.
