Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Ordering Timeline

To ensure we serve you fresh and high-quality meals, please follow our booking schedule:

• For Lunch: Please place your order by 9:00 PM the previous day.

• For Dinner: Please place your order by 4:00 PM on the same day.

2. Payment Terms

• All orders must be confirmed with 100% Advance Payment.

• We accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, and PhonePe.

3. Cancellation & Refund

We understand plans change! You can cancel your meal according to the following slots:

• Lunch Cancellation: Must be informed before 5:00 AM on the day of delivery.

• Dinner Cancellation: Must be informed before 4:00 PM on the same day.

• Note: Cancellations made after these timings will not be eligible for a refund or adjustment.
